Let us help you bridge the chasm between perspectives and lead your business to lasting behavioral change. Our experience working with diverse industries, business sizes, complex subject matters, and the spectrum of personalities means you can have confidence in our ability to understand your company culture quickly.
Partners Anne deLain W. Clark and Kelly M. Stanhope have over 20 combined years of transformative communication and mediation experience. Their mutual passion for helping people and businesses create opportunity and growth by regenerating the culture of organizations brought them together.

Anne began her work life as a financial manager. She eventually realized that great organizations are led by people and not by numbers, leading her to take on the role of Coordinator of the NM Radioactive Waste Consultation Task Force for over 11 years. Since then, she has dedicated her career to advocating for the needs and concerns of her clients by building collaborative solutions. She is an adjunct instructor at the Santa Fe Community College teaching conflict management and resolution, and volunteers as a mediator for the State Personnel Office.
“As social animals, human beings are driven to connect, to rely on each other, to find common goals; this is the foundation of our survival as a species. Discovering the deeper needs and concerns of the people on all sides of any issue results in the discovery of more commonality than difference,” she says.
Anne has lived in Santa Fe with her husband since 1981. They have two grown children. She chose New Mexico as the place to call home after falling in love with the giant skies and unspoiled wilderness, an undeniable contrast from her New York City upbringing. She is a classically trained singer whose creative impulses include photography and collecting seashells and starfish, of which there aren’t many in the desert.

A Santa Fe native, who takes great pride in her travels worldwide, brings a global perspective to all her interactions. She loves poetry and through it, the exposure to the diversity and semantics of language. She recently took up the game of golf and is still determining whether or not she likes it!
